These terms cover the use of this website and orders placed through it. Last updated September 22, 2026.
Who these terms are between
They are between you, or the business you are buying for, and Garcia's Mobile Service. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to commit that company to a purchase.
What this site is
A parts store for Class 6 to Class 8 trucks and commercial fleets. Nothing on this site books labour, a service call or a diagnostic, and nothing here is advice about whether a repair is safe to carry out. Fitting a part, and deciding the vehicle is roadworthy afterwards, is the responsibility of the person or shop doing the work.
Fitment is confirmed before you buy
Listings show the applications a part is stocked against and the identifying numbers supplied for it. Catalogue data, cross references and application lists can carry errors, and trucks get modified. Check the number against the part you are replacing, and if your application is not listed, ask through thecontact form before ordering rather than after.
Prices, stock and product information
Prices and stock are those shown on the site at the time you look. Both change, and a listing can carry an error in a price, a description, an image or an availability figure. Where an order is affected by an obvious error we will contact you before it ships and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it. Nothing on this site is an offer we are bound to accept until we accept your order.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it and issue an order number beginning GMS. We may decline or cancel an order, including where stock has gone, where a price was wrong, or where we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If an accepted order is cancelled by us, the payment for it is refunded.
Shipping, delivery and returns
Shipping charges are shown with your total at checkout before you confirm. Delivery dates given by a carrier are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee from us. Returns are covered on the shipping and returnspage, and a return has to be agreed with us before the part travels.
Warranty
Where a part carries a manufacturer warranty, that warranty is the manufacturer's and its terms are theirs. We do not add to it or vary it on this page. If warranty cover matters to your purchase, ask about the specific part number before you order, and we will tell you what the manufacturer offers on it.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. Orders placed through an account are treated as placed by the account holder. We can suspend an account that is being used for fraud or abuse.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, copy or republish the catalogue, its descriptions or its images.
- Do not probe, load test or interfere with the site or anything connected to it.
- Do not submit someone else's payment details, or an order you do not intend to pay for.
- Do not use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual property
The layout, text and arrangement of this site belong to Garcia's Mobile Service. Manufacturer names, part numbers and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the parts they apply to, which does not imply any endorsement by them.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or downtime on a vehicle, arising from the use of the site or from a part bought through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Disputes and jurisdiction
Raise a dispute with us first through the contact form, with the order number. Most of what goes wrong with a parts order is settled faster that way than through anyone's legal department. Where a dispute cannot be settled that way, it is handled under the law of the state in which Garcia's Mobile Service operates.
Changes
These terms can change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top, and the version in force when you placed an order is the one that applies to that order.
